Cancellation Policy
When booking a colour appointment, a $100 deposit will be taken over the phone to hold your booking. We try our best to accommodate all our lovely guests, therefore we require a 24hr cancellation notice so we can fill that spot with our waiting list. If less than 24hrs is given, the deposit will be forfeited.
Whilst we are understanding that people get sick and have accidents, a last minute change of mind cancellation will incur a $100deposit of the booked service.
Refund Policy
We want all our guests to be happy, Whilst we don’t issue money back, we do offer a 14 day complimentary fix up period. This means you must make contact with us within 2 weeks of having your colour or haircut done and we will happily accommodate you to amend the situation.
However, if you have a change of mind on what you initially wanted, we will happily do your hair but at an additional charge for your new do’.
What to wear
You will be gowned with a cape and towel during your appointment, your clothing will be covered. All efforts will be taken to not have any spills or leaks, However we recommend to not wear anything expensive or valuable as The Blonde Cartel cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing.
